Introduction

One of my interests is learning about current technology. Three of the Web 2.0 tools that first caught my interest were:
  • Flickr
  • Wordle
  • and using Digital Tools with student projects

I know that in order to be a more efficient teacher I have to learn about these new 21st century technology tools. I will be posting some work using these tools.

    AS I believe you are a photography enthusiast, Flickr is great place to not only store and share your photos, but also learn from other Flickr users.
    Wordle is a fun little app that may get students to think a little different about reading.
    Digital tools is a broad area and much fun to explore with a class.

    Great looking blog you have started. Hopefully, from some of the comments you receive from your other classmates, and participants, you may expand your possibilities. Now just think of some ways of using this tool with your students. The possibilities are endless. Way to go!!

    Thanks for clarifying the terms. I'm anxious to use Flickr and posting some of my pics.
    A question: How can I monitor student work using this tool and other Web 2.0 tools besides setting the ground rules at the start? Can we discuss how this can be used?
